Shipping Costs
Free delivery on all orders. No minimum purchase required. Because your signature scent shouldn't come with extra fees.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Processing: 1 business day
- Delivery Time: Up to 5 business days maximum across Egypt
- Total Time: Your fragrance will be with you within 5 business days from order placement
Orders placed by 5 PM are processed the same day. Orders received after 5 PM are processed the next business day.

For smooth, hassle-free delivery, please provide:
- Complete Address: Include building number, floor, apartment number, and any landmarks
- Active Phone Number: We will call you to confirm delivery and arrange the best time

Delivery Process
We will contact you via phone to:
- Confirm your delivery address
- Arrange a convenient delivery time
- Notify you when they're on their way
Someone must be present to receive the package and sign for delivery.
