Point Fragrance Return & Refund Policy
At Point, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident you'll love your scent, which is why we include an 8ml tester in every Ritual Kit for you to try risk-free.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We offer a 3-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the main 100ml perfume bottle and the 10ml perfume oil must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed condition.

The 8ml tester bottle is meant to be used to try the fragrance. Using the tester does not affect your eligibility for a return, as long as the main bottles remain sealed.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our official website.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used 100ml perfume bottles or 10ml perfume oils cannot be returned for a refund due to hygiene reasons.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. How to Initiate a Return (The Process)

Email Us First: Within 3 days of receiving your order, you must contact us at returns@pointfragrance.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Wait for Instructions: We will respond with a return authorization and the shipping address for your return.

Ship the Items: Carefully package the unopened 100ml bottle and 10ml oil in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned items to ensure they are unopened, we will process your refund.
4. Refunds

Upon approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.

Please note: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Exchanges
We only accept returns for refunds. We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please get in touch with us immediately at returns@pointfragrance.com with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund at no additional cost to you.
